In the New King James version of the Bible, the word ‘gift’, namely ‘doron’, meaning gift or offering, and ‘charisma’, which means divine gratuity or endowment, are not found in this verse at all.  The best definition is concerning ‘spiritual matters’ or ‘matters pertaining to the spirit’.
